device_one_time_keys_count: BTreeMap<DeviceKeyAlgorithm, u64>

For each key algorithm, the number of unclaimed one-time keys currently held on the server for a device.

ambiguity_changes: AmbiguityChanges

Collection of ambiguity changes that room member events trigger.

notifications: BTreeMap<OwnedRoomId, Vec<Notification>>

New notifications per room.
